Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Viselio platform and related services (the "Service") provided by Viselio, LLC ("Viselio," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Viselio provides software that automates client intake for immigration agencies — capturing enquiries through a website chat concierge, qualifying prospective clients, answering common questions, and booking consultations on your behalf, under your brand. The Service is a software tool. Viselio is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or immigration advice, and does not represent you or your clients in any legal matter.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited bulk messages; to violate the terms or policies of any connected messaging platform; to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or to provide unauthorized legal or immigration advice. You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your account and for obtaining any consents required to contact your prospects and clients.

4. Third-party channels

The Service may connect to third-party messaging platforms where you enable them. Your use of those channels is also subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, changes, or decisions of any third-party platform, including account restrictions they may impose.

5. Fees and billing

Fees for the Service are agreed in your order or plan and are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable notice. Any promotional rate, where offered, applies for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.

6. Intellectual property

Viselio and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, models, and design. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of your own brand assets and your business data, and you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service for you.

7. No legal advice; no guaranteed outcomes

The Service supports your intake and scheduling workflow. It does not render legal or immigration advice, and nothing generated by the Service should be relied upon as such. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, clients, revenue, or immigration outcomes.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viselio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Viselio harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Viselio, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
