Privacy Policy
Last updated July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Viselio, LLC ("Viselio," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Viselio platform and related services (the "Service"). It also describes how we handle information we process on behalf of the immigration agencies who use the Service with their own prospects and clients.
1. Information we collect
Account information: name, business name, email, phone, and billing details you provide when you sign up.
Messaging and lead data: when the Service captures and responds to inquiries on your behalf, it processes the contact details and message content of the people who reach out to you (your prospects and clients). We process this data as a processor on your behalf.
Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and analytics about how the Service is used, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service; to capture, qualify, and route inquiries and book consultations as configured by you; to communicate with you about your account; to process payments; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. How information is shared
We share information with third-party service providers that help us operate the Service — including cloud hosting, AI and messaging-automation infrastructure, connected messaging platforms, and payment processors — only as needed to deliver the Service and under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing obligations. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
4. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period unless a longer retention is required by law. Agencies may request deletion of the data we process on their behalf.
5. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or request portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@viselio.ai. Where we process data on behalf of an agency, we will refer such requests to that agency.
7. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
